Lutheran Lay Renewal: “Share Your Faith” Spiritual Transformation

Who Should Attend: All members and friends of Emmanuel Lutheran are encouraged to join us. 

What to Expect: The retreat will be facilitated by dedicated Christian lay leaders. Activities include worship, prayer, sharing faith stories, small group discussions, and fellowship. 

Schedule: 
  • 10:00 – 10:15: Welcome/Introduction 
  • 10:15 – 12:15: First Session: “7 Lessons for Living the Spiritual Life” 
  • 12:15 – 1:00: Lunch 
  • 1:00 – 3:00: Second Session: “10 Stops on the Road to Spiritual Transformation” 
  • 3:00 – 3:15: Break 
  • 3:15 – 4:00: “Sharing Your Faith” Workshop 
  • 4:00 – 4:30: Rearrange Set-Up for Worship 
  • 4:30 – 5:30: Worship (Bill Oehlschlager preach, Fred Magezi greeting, Pastor John assist) 
  • 6:00 – 7:00: Dinner (time for informal feedback)
